A time of quiet reflection
Bathed in dark and light
An interlude in progress
And a welcoming of night
A time of soft transition
Where colors paint the sky
Pausing for a moment
As we watch time passing by
We welcome every moment
Where day and night collide
A cycle set in motion
From which we cannot hide
A drama for the ages
Where twilight comes to pass
And shades of dusk surround us
As the day draws near at last
About the Poem Shades of Dusk
The poem Shades of Dusk is about that transition time when day turns into night. It usually is a quiet time if the weather is cooperating. The birds and the animals start to quiet down and we seem to ease into a new slower rhythm until darkness arrives. It’s a bit of a dance while it is happening. It’s not quite night, and it’s not really day anymore. The sky often puts on a dramatic show as the colors change before our eyes. It’s easy to just see it as the sun going down, but if you take the time to watch it, you will see that it isn’t just one instances, it’s a whole sequence of changes taking place. Each one is different and there for you to enjoy.

The poetry journals are designed to give you one poem per day while you journal about what might be going on in your life. There are specific journals for grief, success, and more.

Inspirational Poetry Products
While I do signed poetry prints that are 11×14, that isn’t the size or product that all people want. Some just want a sympathy card, others may want a large canvas print, or maybe a coffee cup. There are limits to what I can customize with the options available so some products just don’t work. Please just ignore them, I know that that format doesn’t work. If you are looking for something specific, or would like to make something specific just let me know. I’m open to just about anything.
