About the Poem It’s Never Too Late
The poem It’s Never Too Late is about the fact that no matter what success or failure you might have had in your life, it’s never too late to go in a new direction. People often think they are locked into a particular career or artistic direction because that’s what people know them for. That’s not true. One of my favorite examples is a man named Walter Russell. You’ve probably never heard of him, but you’ve seen his work. If you have seen a sculpture of any of the presidents from the first half of the 20th century, it was probably done by Walter Russell. He also was an accomplished painter, author, and played around with physics experiments with Albert Einstein and Nicolas Tesla.
Most of us don’t have that dramatic of a career. Of the hundreds of poems I have written, I have one that has been referenced more than any other (a Hero’s Welcome) and it was written 8 years ago. I don’t know if that is the one thing I will be remembered for, but I have lots more to write. Not everyone will do that. Many people are held back by their past success or their failures. Neither matter. What matters is now. You have permission to be yourself and do what what you are supposed to do.

Reading my earlier books (especially the ones for Military, Police and Firefighter’s families) cover to cover can be overwhelming. The poetry journals are designed to give you one poem per day while you journal about what might be going on in your life. There are specific journals for grief, success, and more.

Inspirational Poetry Products
While I do signed poetry prints that are 11×14, that isn’t the size or product that all people want. Some just want a sympathy card, others may want a large canvas print, or maybe a coffee cup. There are limits to what I can customize with the options available so some products just don’t work. Please just ignore them, I know that that format doesn’t work. If you are looking for something specific, or would like to make something specific just let me know. I’m open to just about anything.
