About The Poem Dignity
Dignity is an inspirational poem about the courage to face cancer and to face the world while you are dealing with it. You may not look the same or feel the same during or after treatment. We are very tied to the idea of ourselves and what we look like to ourselves and the world. Cancer often changes that view temporarily or permanently . How will you find the dignity to standup and be the person you are and not just a reflection in the mirror. A reflection is part reality and part interpretation. Make it what you want it to be. Part of what people will see in you, is what you see in yourself.
See the you that you want the world to see. You will find that there is strength in the image you have of yourself. If you see yourself as sick, others will see as well. If you see yourself as getting better, that is likely to come through as well. Be who you know you can be. Others will see it too. Gather up your dignity and go out and face the world. You’ve got this!

Reading my earlier books (especially the ones for Military, Police and Firefighter’s families) cover to cover can be overwhelming. The poetry journals are designed to give you one poem per day while you journal about what might be going on in your life. There are specific journals for grief, success, and more.

Inspirational Poetry Products
While I do signed poetry prints that are 11×14, that isn’t the size or product that all people want. Some just want a sympathy card, others may want a large canvas print, or maybe a coffee cup. There are limits to what I can customize with the options available so some products just don’t work. Please just ignore them, I know that that format doesn’t work. If you are looking for something specific, or would like to make something specific just let me know. I’m open to just about anything.
