I only need a smile
To get me through the day
Whether up close and personal
Or just a memory far away
I like it in the morning
When first the sun does rise
And I know you’re going to smile
By the look inside your eyes
I miss that special smile
It seemed to disappear
Just because you can not see me
Doesn’t mean that I’m not here
So maybe tomorrow morning
When we both wake with the sun
You can give me a little smile
So I know a new day’s begun

The poem A Little Smile is about the pain of loss. It’s also that the pain shouldn’t stop you from finding a little smile.

Inspirational Poetry Products
While I do signed poetry prints that are 11×14, that isn’t the size or product that all people want. Some just want a sympathy card, others may want a large canvas print, or maybe a coffee cup. There are limits to what I can customize with the options available so some products just don’t work. Please just ignore them, I know that that format doesn’t work. If you are looking for something specific, or would like to make something specific just let me know. I’m open to just about anything.
